All updates, including address changes, must be requested within 24 hours by emailing hello@threadandloom.co.nz.

Once your rug has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel/modify the order or offer refunds for address errors, however we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while international orders may take between 10 to 15 business days.
